Gli articoli restituiti possono essere:

Informazioni aggiuntive: i costi di gestione del reso sono responsabilità del cliente e non rimborsabili. Una volta effettuato il pagamento, invieremo l'etichetta di spedizione via email, che dovrà essere applicata al pacco da restituire.
Al ricevimento del reso, il nostro centro logistico effettuerà la verifica entro 5 giorni lavorativi. Se il reso viene approvato, procederemo prontamente con il rimborso del prodotto o con la sostituzione richiesta.
